Update ----- Subway, Trains, and Hotels

Excerpt from a Skype message this morning.....

[7/27/14, 5:19:27 AM] Jeffrey Bostrom: we made it to our hotel in Jinan!

[7/27/14, 5:20:01 AM] Jeffrey Bostrom: Probably the fanciest hotel we have ever stayed in.

[7/27/14, 5:23:09 AM] Jeffrey Bostrom: We took 2 subways for an hour and a half total then missed our train and got a new train.  Rode the Bullet train for 4 hours at 306km/hr.  40 min van ride to hotel.  He drove by the park where Miley was abandoned.   It was in front of their biggest hospital.  More info to come.  Time to convert a lot of $ and go to dinner.

We Still Love Eachother

When we were first Married, Jeff's Dad would always ask us if we still love eachother...well we do. This weekend we are celebrating our 6 year anniversery of our first date! I had to show off what Jeff got me because it is so neat. He said it is to help me feed Cooper...but I know he wanted it for himself too. He is very sneaky...hehe. Anyway, I will be enjoying my new Eagle's Nest lounger for a very long time. (If you come to visit us I might let you try it out.)

Day 3: July 28

Today was THE day!  Miley Mengcong Bostrom’s Gotcha day!  We woke up anxiously at 5am and waited until 6:30 before going down to breakfast.  Breakfast was wonderful.  There were all kinds of food we had never had before and some that looked familiar like fruit, sausage, and bacon.   We had to wait until 10:30 until finally getting to meet Miley so we walked around the inside and outside of the hotel.  There is a lap pool that is amazing. We can’t wait to swim in it….maybe tomorrow.  We found a bakery that sells the cutest cakes in the shape of cars or cartoon characters.  We will probably buy one for Miley, because tomorrow is her birthday.  We were mainly trying to waist time… When it was finally time, our guide told one family member come outside and get your new child.  Well that wasn’t going to happen, Jeff and I both went with him….and….we….waited….again!  It was probably one a couple of minutes, but suddenly we saw three people with three babies walking toward th
