First Day of Preschool!

Both Max and Cooper had their first day of preschool yesterday and I think they were just as excited as I was. They only go two days a week, but it will be so good for them. Cooper was so excited about getting to take his new backpack. He kept saying backpack over and over. I'm sorry most of the pictures are not in focus. They just move so fast!

Memories of this exciting day...

  4. So cute that their bears are hanging out of their backpacks.
  5. Cooper wanted to brush his hair and belly before getting out of the car,
  6. Max had to fix his new shoes before getting out.
  7. They both walked into the building so independently...I'm so proud!
  8. Cooper did cry a little when I dropped him off, but quickly began playing with one of his teachers.
  9. Max walked into his classroom, put his backpack in his cubby, and began playing. He barely even looked up to say bye. I really am so thankful that he wanted to be there!
  10. When I picked them up I got two of the biggest hugs! Max kept saying, "Hi Mommy, Hi Mommy!" over and over.

We Still Love Eachother

When we were first Married, Jeff's Dad would always ask us if we still love eachother...well we do. This weekend we are celebrating our 6 year anniversery of our first date! I had to show off what Jeff got me because it is so neat. He said it is to help me feed Cooper...but I know he wanted it for himself too. He is very sneaky...hehe. Anyway, I will be enjoying my new Eagle's Nest lounger for a very long time. (If you come to visit us I might let you try it out.)

Day 3: July 28

Today was THE day!  Miley Mengcong Bostrom’s Gotcha day!  We woke up anxiously at 5am and waited until 6:30 before going down to breakfast.  Breakfast was wonderful.  There were all kinds of food we had never had before and some that looked familiar like fruit, sausage, and bacon.   We had to wait until 10:30 until finally getting to meet Miley so we walked around the inside and outside of the hotel.  There is a lap pool that is amazing. We can’t wait to swim in it….maybe tomorrow.  We found a bakery that sells the cutest cakes in the shape of cars or cartoon characters.  We will probably buy one for Miley, because tomorrow is her birthday.  We were mainly trying to waist time… When it was finally time, our guide told one family member come outside and get your new child.  Well that wasn’t going to happen, Jeff and I both went with him….and….we….waited….again!  It was probably one a couple of minutes, but suddenly we saw three people with three babies walking toward th
