Christmas Day!!!

We celebrated Christmas Day just the four of us at our home. It was so fun. The night before Jeff and I exchanged gifts and got the next day's surprises ready. I definitely underestimated the difficulty in arranging train track when you don't have a picture to go on. It took both our brains to get Max's train table full of track in a way that would not get knocked off eaisily causing him toddler frustration...a.k.a. tantrum. We also had to hook up Cooper's "Scout" dog to the computer and program it with all his favorite things-which we made up because who knows what Cooper's favorite animal or color is yet. It was our first Christmas getting to sneak around and get Christmas surprises ready...a special time.

The next morning we had so much fun letting Max unwrap more gifts. Cooper even began to get into it this time. The rest of the day we played and relaxed.

We Still Love Eachother

When we were first Married, Jeff's Dad would always ask us if we still love eachother...well we do. This weekend we are celebrating our 6 year anniversery of our first date! I had to show off what Jeff got me because it is so neat. He said it is to help me feed Cooper...but I know he wanted it for himself too. He is very sneaky...hehe. Anyway, I will be enjoying my new Eagle's Nest lounger for a very long time. (If you come to visit us I might let you try it out.)

Day 3: July 28

Today was THE day!  Miley Mengcong Bostrom’s Gotcha day!  We woke up anxiously at 5am and waited until 6:30 before going down to breakfast.  Breakfast was wonderful.  There were all kinds of food we had never had before and some that looked familiar like fruit, sausage, and bacon.   We had to wait until 10:30 until finally getting to meet Miley so we walked around the inside and outside of the hotel.  There is a lap pool that is amazing. We can’t wait to swim in it….maybe tomorrow.  We found a bakery that sells the cutest cakes in the shape of cars or cartoon characters.  We will probably buy one for Miley, because tomorrow is her birthday.  We were mainly trying to waist time… When it was finally time, our guide told one family member come outside and get your new child.  Well that wasn’t going to happen, Jeff and I both went with him….and….we….waited….again!  It was probably one a couple of minutes, but sudde...
