The Little Gym

Today our playgroup went to The Little Gym. It is a gym that teaches babies through elementary kids early gymnastic skills. It was so much fun! Max had a blast and I think that Cooper even enjoyed all the music and colors going on in the gym. We sang songs; danced on a big red mat; tried to jump, skip, roll around; and even learned some cool gymnastic skills. Max began to learn how to walk on the balance beam sideways, swing on the low bar, and even how to do a summersalt (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) down an inclined mat. It was so much fun that Jeff is taking Max to a free trial class on Saturday and they might even enroll. There is a class for Max's age group that meets on Fridays and Jeff wants to take Max for some good Daddy-son time. I sure hope they enjoy the trial class as much I Max I enjoyed our playdate there today! Who knows we could have an Olympic gymnist sleeping in our house...or many a smiling toddler who has way too much energy! I'll take either one as long as it is Max

We Still Love Eachother

When we were first Married, Jeff's Dad would always ask us if we still love eachother...well we do. This weekend we are celebrating our 6 year anniversery of our first date! I had to show off what Jeff got me because it is so neat. He said it is to help me feed Cooper...but I know he wanted it for himself too. He is very sneaky...hehe. Anyway, I will be enjoying my new Eagle's Nest lounger for a very long time. (If you come to visit us I might let you try it out.)

Day 3: July 28

Today was THE day!  Miley Mengcong Bostrom’s Gotcha day!  We woke up anxiously at 5am and waited until 6:30 before going down to breakfast.  Breakfast was wonderful.  There were all kinds of food we had never had before and some that looked familiar like fruit, sausage, and bacon.   We had to wait until 10:30 until finally getting to meet Miley so we walked around the inside and outside of the hotel.  There is a lap pool that is amazing. We can’t wait to swim in it….maybe tomorrow.  We found a bakery that sells the cutest cakes in the shape of cars or cartoon characters.  We will probably buy one for Miley, because tomorrow is her birthday.  We were mainly trying to waist time… When it was finally time, our guide told one family member come outside and get your new child.  Well that wasn’t going to happen, Jeff and I both went with him….and….we….waited….again!  It was probably one a couple of minutes, but sudde...
